Job Description:

The Customer Support Associate is an important team player, helping to ensure above and beyond “Wow” level user experiences for all our clients. You will be providing live chat and email, and telephone support for our Clients, users and potential new users of the technology. You will manage the relationship with our users and be the first point of contact when issues arise. You will have the support of the technology team and developers when needed.

As an Austin, Texas based company, the SUP ATX mission is to spread the sport of stand -up paddle surfing from oceans to lakes and rivers around the world. Our fun company is looking for an Accountant in our Austin, Texas office or Miami Beach office. This person will work closely with our Controller, and the General Manager to accomplish all the financial goals, reporting, forecasting, and implementing effective processes and procedures for a solid financial foundation. This is a great opportunity for someone who can take this operation to the next level, with change management, and your accounting expertise.

What you will be doing?

  • Oversee daily timely recordings of receipts and disbursements
  • Manage Accounts receivables
  • Account for control inventory books
  • Responsible for ensuring data reporting is timely and accurate
  • Responsible for month end accruals
  • Assist in the month end closing and financial reporting process including account analysis and reconciliation
  • Analyze and report Budget to Actual discrepancies
  • Assist in special projects as necessary
